Reporting requirements from HUD, State Housing, MOR and other partners require that any findings from inspections be tracked by the WO system.  Reporting to the entity will include

• Date of Finding
• HUD, MOR, Fire/City, Investment Partner, and, Housing Choice Voucher Inspection
• If the Finding was for EHS (Exigent Health and Safety) or Non-EHS

Once CommonBond is notified of an inspection the Property Manager will enter in the WO in Voyager.  This course will walk the user through completing the WO in Yardi Voyager.  In addition, the maintenance technician will complete the WO on the mobile device including detailed tech notes as to explain how the finding was resolved.
